AI Video Generator: From a Subject to an Editable Video
Give a subject and a length. Get scenes with voice, sound and captions that you can still edit, one scene at a time.
Open BINAI- You give
- A subject, and a length if you have one in mind
- You get
- A project with a scene map, a script and a timeline
- Plan
- All paid plans (model choice and 720p/1080p from Business)
- Cost
- 100 credits per 10 seconds of video at 480p
How it works
- 1
Describe the video
Write the subject and a rough length. BINAI asks the rest step by step: format, platform, voice and style.
- 2
Review the storyboard
A director model writes the shots, the spoken lines, the sound and the music. You read it before anything is paid for.
- 3
Produce it
Each scene is generated in one go with its own sound, so the same place and the same person stay the same inside the scene.
- 4
Edit and add scenes
Replace the voice, fix a caption, redo one scene or add the next one from the scene map. The new scene starts from the last frame of the one before.
What it does
Sound made with the picture
Dialogue, ambience and score come from the same generation as the footage, so lips, actions and sound belong together.
Voice on its own track
When someone speaks, BINAI splits the voice from the other sounds, so you can replace the voice in the editor without remaking the scene.
Captions from what was said
Captions are built from the words actually spoken in the finished scene, not from the script.
Redo one scene, keep the rest
A retry remakes only the scene you pick. Everything else is reused from the last run.
Vertical, horizontal or square
Make it 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube, or 1:1 for feeds.
The model for the job
Wan 3.0 is on every paid plan. From Business you can also pick Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast or Hailuo 3, and Studio adds Kling 3.0 Pro.
What does BINAI's AI video generator actually make?
BINAI's AI video generator turns a subject into a short video with shots, spoken lines, ambience and music. You type what the video is about and, if you know it, how long it should be. BINAI then asks the rest one question at a time: the format, the platform, who speaks and in what language, the style. You do not need to know how to write a prompt for a video model.
What you get back is not a single flat file. It is a project with a scene map, a script and a timeline, opened in the same editor as everything else in BINAI. Each part stays editable after the video is made.
How does it work under the hood?
There are two stages, and you see the first one before any video is paid for.
The storyboard. A director model reads your answers and writes one plan for the scene: an overall sentence, numbered shots of two to six seconds each with the camera move, the dialogue with who says it, the voice, the sound, the music and the style. It also writes a short list of things to avoid. The storyboard waits for you to review it before going further.
The production. When you press Produce, the whole scene is made by Wan 3.0 in one generation, with its own sound. Nothing is stitched together from separate clips, which is what keeps the same person and the same place consistent from the first shot to the last.
When the scene comes back, BINAI does three more things:
- it splits the voice from the other sounds when someone speaks, so the voice sits on its own track;
- it writes captions from the words that were actually spoken, not from the script;
- it places the footage on the timeline, ready to edit.
How long can the video be?
Each generated scene lasts between 5 and 30 seconds and is made in 5-second blocks, so a 7-second request becomes 10 seconds rather than paying for time you do not get. The screens offer 5, 15 and 30 seconds.
How long one scene can be depends on the plan: up to 15 seconds on Solo, up to 30 on Pro, Business and Studio. For a longer video, add a scene from the scene map. The new scene starts from the last frame of the one before it, which carries the place, the person and the light across the cut.
Can I change one scene without redoing the whole video?
Yes. That is the point of keeping it as scenes. A retry remakes only the scene you pick and reuses everything else from the last run. In the editor you can also replace the voice track or fix a caption. If you want a different direction for the next part, describe it in words and BINAI writes the new scene to continue the old one.
Which models and resolutions are included?
Generated videos use Wan 3.0 on every paid plan, made at 480p and upscaled when you export. That is the point where cost and quality were tested to balance best.
From the Business plan you can also generate at 720p or 1080p, and pick a model yourself on the Generate screen for a short clip from text or from an image: Veo 3.1 Lite, Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Hailuo 3. Studio adds Kling 3.0 Pro. Each model has its own strengths: Kling for motion, Hailuo for physics and action, Seedance for keeping a product from reference photos. Seedance does not accept realistic people as a starting image.
Formats are 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube and websites, and 1:1 for feeds.
How much does an AI video cost in credits?
A 10-second video at 480p costs about 100 credits, including the director and the sound. Plans come with monthly credits: 1,000 on Solo, 2,400 on Pro, 4,300 on Business and 9,000 on Studio, shared across every tool. Credits are charged for what the models actually cost on each step, and you see an estimate before a build starts. See pricing for the full comparison.
Videos made on Solo carry a small "made with binai.it" mark. Pro and higher plans have none.
What are the limits?
Be honest with yourself about what AI video is good at today. Short scenes with one clear action work best. Text written inside the picture, hands doing fine work and exact brand logos are still where generated video slips, so check those frames. A product that has to look exactly like the real one is better served by product video, which works from your photos. If you want charts, maps and type rather than filmed-looking scenes, use animated video.
Do I need to say a video is AI-generated?
Often, yes. YouTube, TikTok and Meta ask creators to disclose realistic AI-generated video, and the rules are stricter when a real person seems to say or do something they did not. Read when you have to disclose AI content before you post, and if you plan to earn from it, what YouTube allows for AI content and monetization.
Before you publish, BINAI's content check looks at sampled frames of the video for what makes platforms show a post less or take it down, with the second where each problem happens. It lowers the risk; how far a post travels is still up to the platform.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best free AI video generator?
BINAI is not free for video. A free BINAI account can sign in and set up projects, but anything that calls a paid AI model, including video, needs a paid plan. The plans start at Solo, €14.99 a month with 1,000 credits, and a 10-second video at 480p costs about 100 credits.
How long can an AI generated video be in BINAI?
Each generated scene lasts 5 to 30 seconds, made in 5-second blocks. On Solo a scene can be up to 15 seconds; Pro, Business and Studio allow 30. You can add more scenes from the scene map, and each new one continues from the last frame of the scene before it.
Can an AI video generator make videos with sound and voice?
Yes. In BINAI each scene is generated together with its sound: dialogue, ambience and music in one request. When someone speaks, BINAI separates the voice into its own track and builds captions from the words actually said, so you can replace the voice or fix a caption in the editor.
Which AI video models does BINAI use?
Generated videos are made with Wan 3.0 on every paid plan. From the Business plan you can also choose Veo 3.1 Lite and Fast, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Hailuo 3 for short clips, and the Studio plan adds Kling 3.0 Pro. Seedance does not accept realistic people as a starting image.
What resolution are BINAI's AI videos?
Wan 3.0 videos are made at 480p, the tested balance of cost and quality, and upscaled when you export. Generating at 720p or 1080p is included from the Business plan. Solo videos carry a small made with binai.it mark; Pro and higher plans have no watermark.
Do I have to label AI-generated video on social media?
Often, yes. YouTube, TikTok and Meta ask you to disclose realistic AI-generated video, and the EU AI Act adds labelling duties for deepfakes. Check each platform's rule before posting. BINAI's check looks at your video before you publish, but the decision about how far a post travels stays with the platform.
